Dear Sir/Madam,
I have to inform you through this letter that am getting very high electricity bill for 2 months which is about Rs.25080 (Units 1761). There seems to be an unexpected increase in the bill, as I know our electricity consumption is not that high. All our previous bills, unit were in the between 300-350 monthly.
I was shocked to receive the electricity bill for an amount of Rs.8510 and Rs.16570 for the month of June and July 2022 respectively. The bill for these months (June & July 2022) is twice the amount of my regular bills.
I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units than the current meter reading which is impossible.
As you will notice there is clearly an error in it. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and send your technician asap as I am doing verbal communication since June 2022, however nobody is visiting at my place to check why I am getting such excess bill for last 2 months.
I appreciate if this matter for excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
