Since last 25 months or so, billing on this customer id has been excessive as compared to rest in the society. Written complaints not attended and personal request to check for any problems in the earthing is not even acknowledged
Internal earthing was checked and found to be in order
Can you help please??? Eg : bill due for payment on 7th june is rs 9870/ its residential flat and not commercial
