I am writing this complaint with regards to the power failure at my place (Consumer #[protected] since last 30 days and my old parents have been following up with your executives since last 10 days for the same continuously and they are just not paying any attention to their calls made daily, neither are they taking any action. My parents have called ratnagiri msedcl office, they diverted them to aravali office and then from there they were directed to ms. Supriya who is working at kondivare and stays at chiplun. She is just giving one or the other excuses and not paying any attention to this matter. My parents are now residing at my sister place at chiplun for the same. Is this your service that you provide and harass old people??? I want a strict action on this at an earliest, else direct me to your senior authorities to do the complaint. Do not hire people who do not want to work and harass your consumers. I want result at a speedy rate. Was this information helpful? | |||||
