I am the owner of the house at panvelkar sankul bldg no. E2 flat no. 301 kharvai badlapur east 421503. I have shifted in this flat on 10th feb 19.

Since last 3 months i am receiving the electricity bill with high consumption (Units). Today i have received sms from mseb saying that this months units is 48 but from 3rd aug 19 to 18th aug 19 i was out of badlapur. I don't have washing machine, television, refrigerator, or any other electronic items at home. I kindly request you to look in the matter asap.
