Since many months i have been facing this issue of wrong bills, now i'm out of station and despite major power cuts and no usage i have still received a bill of 670 rs!! It's not the money but the intent and it's happening again and again.
I need a solution or replace this faulty meter and get the situation rectified asap.
I'm seriously contemplating of taking this issue to the greater power if my issue isnot resolved as i have faced a lot of harassment. Kindly see to it that it gets resolved this month only. Was this information helpful? |
