Respected sir,
We need your help. Since last 1 year we have been paying high average bill because of faulty meter. We have given written application number of times, but no response. Whenever we visit mseb office they tell us either meter is working properly without checking it or they do not have meter to replace it. Bill always shows meter status as faulty.
Also we have submitted complaints online, but no response.
Please look into it.
