My meter is not working for more than an year. I have already complained multiple times, i had been informed there is been shortage in new meter and hence can not be replaced.
I had been getting exceptionally high bill for more than 6 months and it keeps on increasing every month. I continued to pay all of these high bills just to avoid disconnection.
My connection is disconnected now without any information and there is no update on faulty meter and high bill.
I have paid more than 25000 for electricity which i have not consumed at all in past 8 months.
