Hi sir/ madam,
My name is nagorao hanmantrao nare and i am residential of dongergaon tq naigaon dist. Nanded.
I work in pune and my mother sometimes stays in my village and we have taken the new electricity connection.
I am getting a bill every month for 100 units and my total units are around 240 since the new meter installed.

I was told by local mseb man who supplies the bill printout and who looks after everything in nearby villages that 'you have to pay 4000 and from next month bill amount will be very less" so, i paid the 4000 in august.
After this same thing is happening for every month, a bill amount against the default 100 unit is giving.
I had submitted the complaint in the naigaon mseb office in november still, no action has been taken.
My mother also visited office three times and she told that the officer is on leave all three times.
Today, mseb engineer wants to remove the meter. This is totally wrong.
I am happy to pay the amount what we actually get with actual units not some imaginary.
Is this what we get being a consumer who?
Is this what digital india looks like?? Where no one listens to your complaints.
We the common man always wants support from the officers not warnings and the painful visits to the mseb offices.
Could you please escalate this to the highest authority?
