We are being charged for a faulty meter and it is displayed in the bill as faulty. Yet, they have not changed the meter and we have complained via their app but for the past 1 week, there has been no solution to it, no emails, no calls, noting.
We do not live there yet this is happening. If meter is faulty, it is their responsibility to get it changed to a functional one. Was this information helpful? |
