Sub.: wrongly billing / faulty meter
Respected sir / madam,
With reference to the above please note that, i have visited to your office 3-times in last three months.
I. E. May, june & july, 19 for complain against meter reading.
I am using electricity regularly but meter is not working, unit consumption shows zero.
Sir, your billing department shows meter faulty and minimum to pay billing made, bill made for zero unit consumption since may, 19
You are requested to please send you electrical engineer / representative to verify meter and replace meter immediately.
Please you can verify last three months bill shows consumption of electricity is zero unit.
I humbly request you to rectify / replace the said meter immediately under intimation to me.
I aspect you co-operation and justification in the matter.
