Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — faulty meter - no response even after 4 months

This is regarding faulty meter for my residence in virar west, residency park 2. Because of this default meter reading for the last 6 - 8 months has been 151 units a default of rs.[protected]/- per month.

I hv registered a complaint online and also personally visited the mseb office on 19th may 2018. But sadly there has been no resolution. Calls to all officials of mseb office to follow up for replacement of the meter have been of no use.

I need a resolution to this problem at the earliest so the correct meter reading and subsequently the correct billing is done.

Consumer no[protected] is meter ki 3 baar complaint ki hai par abhitak koi reply nahi aaya hai. Please jald we jald Hume new meter lava dijiye.
