Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — faulty meter not changed from 4 months | |||
I have complained for excess billing after which field official visited and registered as faulty meter 5 months back. But the meter has not been replaced till now and official informed that there is no meter available and pay on basis of past load but minimum of 100 units and on such ad-hoc basis. But my consumption is usually less than 100 units often then why i should pay excess amount. Without changing my meter my complaint has been shown as resolved in the msedcl app. And till what time i will get my faulty meter changed?? Is there is any proper stock and stores management of msedcl office of badlapur? I had lived for 25 years in mulund but never faced such issue.. Then why it is happening in badlapur..?.
