My consumer no. Is[protected] kolhapur urban division. My meter is faulty & not working for. Last 2 months. Therefore i have given online compliant through mahavitaran mobile app & complaint id is[protected]. It is learnt that there are no electricity meter available with company. It is therefore requested to change meter immediately. Now recently i have been receipt of electricity bill. My flat is vacant for last one year. Therefore there is no usage of electricity. Minimum usage of 5 to 6 units were shown by the company and i am paying bills for the same. Now suddenly the has charged me bill of 90 units and deducted sum of rs. 529/- from my advance payment.
