My meter has been faulty since June 2016 and no action has been taken till date. Whenever I go to the office they just give excuses that your complaint is in process till such date you will get a new meter.it has been 2 years and 9 months no action has been initiated and they are charging us ₹800 on an average without any consumption for more than a year my consumer no is[protected] and bill unit is 4708.i just want a replacement of a new meter against the faulty meter as early as possible.
