We, as a residents of purvarang society, wagholi, the society of which is just opposite to mseb purvarang sub station is facing everyday frequent power cut for the past 2 years. We are regularly paying our dues to mseb every month, however, do not get the power regularly. The power is so frequent, all our electric gadgets are getting out of order. On daily basis, once the power shut down occurs, to resume it takes 3 - 4 hours, apart this long gap, we also face regular short period (Apprx. 15 min - 30 min) power cuts also.
We have been lodging complaint every time, and the complaint is closed just after a formality telephone call from mseb, without improving on the service.
We would earnestly request to please solve this problem.
