We are compelled to write this letter as we have been facing frequent power cut off issues almost every 2 to 3 day interval from past several months. Since other areas have no issues except ours due to broken, loose wires that got disconnected. We have lodged formal complaints time to time but department doesn't seem to be serious on its permanent solution they just come over & temporarily joins the wire that got broken again after few hours.
