Respected, We have meter reading and billing issue from long time. Meter reader person put wrong reading, don't know from where he gets those reading. Even after informing him he is not taking his ownership. In aug month we get 10 units bill and this month 20 units, but consumption is 56 and 49 respectively. To prove this i have taken picture in my mobile after meter reading sms from mscb. Attaching recent reading image for reference. Reading in sms 1097 reading in image 1172. This is very frustrating situation for us, we do regular complaint about service but no one work on them. We did online complaint offline complaint but nothing happening. If you don't want to do any action then why you fool people by providing customer support. My consumer number is[protected]. Hope this issue will resolve in this forum.
