Consumer no.[protected] BU 4405 Bill 2170/- due date is 28th February 2017 A person who visits regular on that area, he is continuously doing threatening that " if you are unable to pay bills now I'll discontinue your meter, pay now or I'll remove your meter" he is very well known in that area, I don't know his name but he is black colour, even at 8pm at night he is forcing to pay bill or he will remove the meter.
