Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — high & average bill | |||||
I ŕajiv ranjan is a consumer of electricity by msedcl bearing consumer no[protected] & bill unit 4073. I am suffering from faulty bill for last 8 months. Initially the meter fixed by electric dept. Was of faulty series. Not only my meter but almost all the meter of the series was faulty in which there was sudden increase in unit consumption & for which ones i have paid rs10800. After that i have changed my meter by paying 1000 on 25/10/2017. This meter is ok but average bill of 200 unit sent regularly by the electricity dept.in spite of several complaint still average bill is coming whereas meter shows the consumption of aroundc 50 units per month. Also video recording of meter every month is shown to the officials but still new meter number is not included in the bill and actual consumption is also not shown in the bill. I am fed up with the service of electricity dept. I am very much disturbed with this. I have also mailed several times but all in vein. Was this information helpful? | |||||
