Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — high bill and faulty meter not replaced since 4 months | |
I have received High Electricity bill for approximately 4 months. When I realised in the first month, I contacted Mahadiscom's customer care and raised a complain over the phone for high bill. However no heed was paid to it. The second bill that I received also was very high. Hence I visited my jurisdiction office and gave a request in writing for replacement of meter and changes in the assumptive bill that was raised. Its been another 2 months, however neither the meter has been replaced, nor the charges have been rectified. Whenever i call customer care/ complaints team, they always say that they will assign this complaint on priority. However no solution is provided. During my visit I had spoken with the officer on duty and obtained the phone number of the person who will be replacing the meter and rectifying the bill. When i call him, he asks to see him personally. But is not ready to replace the meter or rectify the bills. It seems they need bribe, Was this information helpful? | |
