I have been charged a bill amounting to rs. 2100 which is much higher then previous bills. I registered the complaint through online site and from mobile app and got closed as resolved. The reason behind same has not been informed to me and complaints are closed which is absolutely non sense.
Try to call customer care number it's coming busy, if get connected no one answer the call.
My monthly bill units ranges from 120 to 150, but this month it's showing 381 units. I don't have ac or any electronic equipment which consumes more power.
Request you to look into the issue and get generate correct bill amount.
