Respected sir/maam, i have been raising complaints and giving follow up calls to the msed customer care in regards to high bill due to faulty meter but no action has been taken. The first complaint was registered in january and till date i have registered 3 complaints for high bill. The bills rose from 930rs to 17170rs then to 1710rs then to 4030 rs last month and this month again 5160rs with no additional electrical addition. Please help in getting this sorted as the complaints are not being looked into and i cannot continue nor afford to pay such high bills.
