Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — high bill despite faulty meter

Despite faulty meter mseb had over charged instead of average or min bill.
We had raised faulty meter complaint online and offline but no action taken so far.

Past 2-3 months we had paid rs.4850, rs.2050, rs.1600 which unacceptable.
