My consumer number is[protected].
I am facing continuous high bill from may 2018 onward.
I have raised complaint online
1) complaint no.[protected] months ago
2) complaint no.[protected] month ago
There is no response on these complaint.
Hence i personally went to the office. They asked me to submit handwritten complaint.
I have submitted handwritten complaint on 8th september 2018 - attached is the receipt for your reference.
They said somebody will come to your house, but till date nobody come.
I have called the office number of times, but each time they ask me to call again the next day.
I am really frustrated by this treatment.
The unit consumed from 1st ocotober are aprrox 1-2 units per day.
But after 5th ocober when i checked on 8th october there is a jump of 27 units
We have only 3 room & 2 major electronics items-refrigeratoe & washing machine. We do not have heavy electronics like gyser, oven etc. Which consumes high electricity.
Here are some observations of our meter.
1) on 1st october the meter reading was 2991 – attached file “1st october - reading 2991. Jpg”
