Consumer number[protected], when checked with mseb department meter status showing active. But meter status on bill is faulty from November 2021. Filed complaints thrice by personal visit to office, no use. No testing has been done also no meters available is the reason being given. From November consistently they are sending me bill for unit 225 unit, even when flat is empty from March 2022. No proper solution being given through any channel. Employees are rude & showing neglegance. Kindly do the needful & replace the meter & adjust the over paid bill immediately Was this information helpful? |
