Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — high bill problem

We are receiving extremely high bill from expected its 14520 and its shocking . Consumer number is[protected] and BU is 4636 . kindly look into this as this is not acceptable. Unit of consumption is 1060 and this is not what the bill should be.
We are facing this issue from last 3 months its increasing every month I think this should be taken of as this is not affordable . Kindly help us out regarding this as we are paying more than expected every month
