Please note that we have vacated the flat on 17th December, 2021 and the meter is not in use since then.
I visited the concerned area field office ( Vasant Vihar, Thane west) on 18th December 2021 to submit application for vacant flat and meter not in use but the same was refused by your field staff and in turn advised to paste a tag of “ Flat vacated, Meter not in use”. Accordingly, the said tag was pasted on meter as per your field office ( Vasant Vihar, Thane west).
A complaint was lodged vide ID no:[protected] for issue of minimum charges bill as the meter is not in use through APP.
However, again a complaint is lodged vide ID no:[protected] on 26th January, 2022 through online app to issue revised bill with minimum charges as I got the average bill of Rs 3860 with “Faulty” status for the month of January 2022.
Also complained to their customer care on 28th January 2022 with 8 reminders.
Also complained to their Director of Vigilance on 31st January 2022 with 8 reminders.
No action from any one as on now.
