Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — high electricity bill since june 2017 | |||
Consumer no :[protected] Billing unit: 8125 / bhadgaon/ pachora division Meter no: [protected] To, The concerned personal, I am receiving bill for faulty meter since july 2017. I have given multiple complaints to msedcl - bhadgaon. My uses is normal min 350 rs and max 450 rs. But msedcl given bill 17670 rs for the month of june and 18050 rs for the month of july, which too high. I was assured by your department to solve my problem, but nothing is done till date in fact i am required to visit every time to your offices for rectification, this makes me feel that either your people are not competent for the job or they are not willing to solve the issue, in both the cases i have suffer. Being a senior citizen it is not possible for me to visit msedcl offices for bill correction. I have completed all necessary documentation still i feel harassed, fooled & tortured by your department. I humbly request you to issue me correct bill either by repairing the meter or by replacing the meter. I look forward for your kind support.
