Dear sir/madam, This mail is regarding my electricity bill for the month of may, 2017. Please note my customer type is lt consumer no is[protected] bu: 4073 kalyan cc o s/dn. Resident of titwala west. The bill generated for the month may, 2017 is showing very very high amount also the unit consumption shown is 742 really. Bill amount is rs. 8370/- how is it possible??? Single month bill with such high amount??? You can check my last bill history, consumption graph & consumption records as it shows something is definitely wrong as the meter is not being properly checked from your end or nobody has checked the meter physically. The bill is given on just assumption. How can a monthly bill can come in such a huge amount where we were not there at home for around 12 days?? We request you to kindly look into matter as the bill amount is huge for a single month and a normal middle class person cannot afford the same. And we are not capable of paying the same.
