Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — i am compainting about to change the meter and reduce the bill amount

Dear sir,
I am sadaram telasi bearing customer no.[protected]. I requested to u to change my meter which having some fault in there display not show the reading in meter. I also complaint in customer care office last 4months and tell nearest mahadisco office and also to reading checker but they given no reaction about it.
So i kindly requested to you to give some action.
