Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — im complaining about my meter default

I Chand Mohammad m raja my consumer no. Is[protected] billing unit is 4734
I have complained before one week in panna Lal located in Bhandup West but still no one enquired I got two phone no. From Pannalal [protected] belong to Patil and other one is[protected] belong to vijay I called them many time but they told me this is not my job We cannot do anything
So what I do I want transfer or restigate these people who can’t do there job
Kindly request you to solve my problem and take action on these two careless people
