Before i write down i want you to read it fully to know my complaint concern.
My old meter display was not showing readings so i did complaint on (1 july 2019).
Then they replaced my meter after 5 months on (12 november 2019).
Since after replacement i should have been charged as per new meter readings.
But still as on today (16 january 2020) i am being charged as per old average bill of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) even two months after you replaced old meter. Since i take this to your notice on (1 july 2019) it should not have been taken 8 months for this to happen.
Please explain
1. Why i am not being charged as per replaced meter readings?
And instead why are you charging me as per average usage of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) though i had took this to your notice eight months before i. E. On 1 july 2019?.
2. Also please let me know shall i have to pay for both i. E. 1. Average reading 2. Readings on replaced meter. If yes, then how can you charge twice for a single use?
I had take this to notice to your local office in manmad time to time and then wrote.
Please take a serious note of this and revert as soon as possible.

I have wrote this to customer care of the company but my complaint was closed without taking any efforts and without solving my issues.
What should i do to solve this issues regularly happens with many consumers like me?.
