Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — incorrect bill amount and no response to complaint

Hi,

Had registered complain via phone on 1st november but every time i called them after then they said it would be resolved after diwali. And now they are asking me to deposit rs. 150 only then they would check. If at all i had to pay 150 they should agve informed this earlier rather then asking me to wait for 15 days now.

Consumer no[protected], in last month I have not used lights still it showing me 56 units used and in that previous month also I was getting same unit utilisation. But this is not possible in last month my room was closed for 10-15 days, how is it possible to get everytime same reading. Kindly check as soon as possible.
