Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — incorrect bill and meter non-functional | |||
Cno.[protected] and bu. 4158 (Wada). Problem:- from past 1 year the meter is blank and non-functional, nobody takes the meter reading. Still the bill is generated with high amount, amount should have been the minimal of rs. 60, because nobody stays at this house. We visit only once a month. We raised several complaints to the wada electricity officer, after several visits they suggested to pay the previous bill amount of rs. 1560/- and they shall regularize it for next months. But this regularization is still not done, although we do pay the minimum amount of rs. 60 after the payment of rs. 1560/- even though it was incorrect amount billed. And still the electricity is stopped. Why? My parents are old and it should not be expected from them to visit the office for such requests multiple times. It is shameful to see such basic issues happening and not being resolved for over months. If basic work is not being done as expected, what customer service are you offering and why are we paying heavy taxes? There are multiple requests logged on the mahadiscom site but no update.
