My name is Shanmugaraja Manian Thevar customer no[protected].
I received a exorbitant bill amount Rs. 3150 for the month of September. I have been paying the bills regularly and have no outstanding amount. When I called the customer care they say that the bill amount for past six month was average d but in that case I should have received less bill amount for the past months but I didn't see any significant reduction in bill amount for the past months.This is not te first time this is happening it's been a regular practice by MahaVaitran Boling to sent High Bills to the customers with an excuse of Averaging bill amount.
I would request MahaVaitran to treat every customer fairly and charge them based on their consumption and not apply the logic of Averaging going forward.
I also want them to send me the revised bill with actual bill amount as the current bill seems to be incorrect.
