Dear sir We are facing power cut problem sicnce last month, the concern wiremen told that service wire has to be changed. He told us that you will have to get your own wire & give complaint in writing. Sir we did as guided. We had given written complaint on 8th may 2108. After written complaint no one turned to resolve the complaint & wiremen & other people say that "jay magtat tay dya" Sir it is strange to hear that. Sir after that i had i could not control my anger because since last month we are requesting. So i lost my patient a had a quarrel with the concern wiremen. They came but the person who climbed was not able to understand which wire is to connected. Some how he did something & current came only for a day. Sir since that day again there is power cut. Sir even after this we have charged with two bills the amount is in 1000/- Sir i am calling on both the mobile one of the service van & other mr deshmuk. No is answering. Sir i had send a msg but still no one responding. It is said by mr deshmukh that wiremen don't listen to them. Sir if this the condition whom to ask for. Sir i am requesting them that my uncles daughter is leaving with her small kid. Sir to leave with small child in area like gandhinagar dehuroad is how much risky even you will understand. Our consumer no.[protected], last month your people take reading from our building, that time my meter was close because of I was vacation last one & half month today morning came my room main switch line off that’s why your people not took meter is properly working no any problem. I already bill paid can u adjust bill.
