Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — issue still pending | |||
Consumer no.[protected] msedcl electricity meter. It is now more than one and half month still they haven't taken proper action to rectify the meter. I am getting complaints from everyone that they are having problem of excess reading without much consumption. But no one is listening to their complaints. This is a big issue but this msedcl trying to hide it. It is a huge amount of fraud they are making. With the digitalisation they are just exploiting the people. This had to be stopped, for this i had taken this initiative, but from your side also i am not getting proper response from your side also. Even from your side also there is no proper action on them that's why they are not bothered with this issue and not taking any proper action. See if they are not listening to you then what about the other customers. Ask them to resolve this issue as early as possible on high priority basis. Thanking you. Prakash g.
