Month bill i have already paid date on 18-march-2017 as a rs-520

As i am leaving on rent this house with my younger brother
My house is whole day close then we comes in house at 10:00 pm

We are not using t. V. Freeze, in my home you can check

We are using only computer also

This month we got bill rs.1850.00 we shocked how can be come so much bill


I am requesting you please reduce my this bill
