Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — local mseb employees/workers not fixing the issue for continuous power failures from last 1 and half month

From last one and a half month i am continuously complaining to mseb for power failures. Every week there will be some fault and the power failure remains for more than 24 hours.

I can understand if this happens once in a while but it is not. We are continuously facing the issue for power failure and voltage fluctuations. Today also same case.
I have being following up with the hinjawadi mseb office personals to get some solution. They tell us everytime that they are working and hang up. Even if the power comes back, we face the same issue in 4-5 days again.
I have complained more than 6 times now with the toll free no. But no fixed resolution.
Mseb officers or personals or the customer care dont respond properly. Today the contact we have for hinjewadi - [protected] when called, denied to come and resolve the issue for dim electricity which we are facing from last 5 hours in evening and that will be pulled off now to morning because of them.
Last time they mentioned that our line is coming from agriculture area and that is why there will always be a problem. I asked them to do permanent solution, but they mentioned that it is in hand of our manager to whom i never got a chance to meet, as he does not remain in his office.

Mseb should fix the faults properly if they are giving connections to the people. Customer care once mentioned that there is overload in our area. But this is something electrical people should understand that they should only give connections when it is feasible.
My guess is now... Your officers from hinjawadi dont know how to manage this and are giving connections to everyone now and than which is causing this issues.
This is my request to resolve our areas issue for mseb line from wherever it is coming with some permanent solution. It feels really very bad to invest our time running behind the mseb local people everytime like a small kid.

Hope you understand the concern and will take appropriate actions. Dont make us feel that the complaints and concerns are not heard.

That's true. Lot of power failure and low voltage issue in Marunji area.
