MSEDCL - Consumer[protected] BU 4359 I, Ajaykumar Poojary, owner of a flat in Naigaon East, currently residing in Andheri East. I had cleared all my pending bills with Mahavitaran office. I have already complained that inspite of the flat being vacant, I got a bill of Rs.11000/- The same has been informed to Mr. Satish Sure, Assistant Engineer in Mahavitaran Office, Naigaon East. He told that pay only Rs 3000/- as a provisional bill, also Rs 1000/- for checking your meter and other processing fee. We have made all the payments in the month of Feb 2018. But on 27th Feb 2018, the Mahavitaran staff had come to my building and without informing me, they have removed my meter. I came to know about this issue on Sunday 4th March 2018, when I visited my flat for cleaning it. I was shocked to see my meter missing, when asked the watchman, he told that your meter has been removed by the staff of Mahavitaran, as you did not pay the pending bill of Rs 7000/- So now my question is, since my flat is vacant, and this has been given in writing to both Naigaon office and Vasai office of mahavitaran. So I should not get a bill of Rs 11000/-. Also if Rs 7000/- was pending, they should have informed me via call, or sms or at least email. Without informing me, how can they even touch my meter. There was no proper communication made to me with regards to this issue. I want an answer to my problem! Was this information helpful? | |||||
