I am rupesh pillay, resident of ganga niwas, flat no. 403, munjabawasti, dhanori, pune-15, in the month of may '18 the meter got damaged, immediately i registered a complaint by calling mseb customer care (Which is still open) and on the next day went to the mseb area (Dhanori) office to understand the procedure to change the meter, its is very unfortunate that it took 1 month for the technician to come to my house for meter verification. Then l immediately went to mseb area (Dhanori) office and paid the new meter charges (₹1750). It has been 4 months but nothing has happened. Infact i am getting bills (₹4600 for 3 months) from mseb and also i am paying amount to my society for using the common connection.
I don't how much more time it will take to change the meter, i am regularly visiting the office but the behaviour of the staff is so unprofessional & unacceptable.
Please help me resolve the problem.
