Dear sir/ma'am,
I am staying at apt no i/35, kundan kushal nagar bopodi. Pune since 2007. Recently i noticed much higher than usual unit consumption and amount charged by msed. My usual consumption is low that can be verified from records as there has been no major change in my usage over many years now (I use led/cfl, led tv and fridge also of standard company/brand) used in energy saving mode most of the times). For july 2019 consumption was higher at 113 units. But even for aug and sep 2019 consumtion was showed to be 110 units (Same) and for sep they mentioned meter status as 'faulty', even as meter seemed working normally as before. Major surprie came this month when they mentioned consumption as 153 units and the meter has been reported to be normal now. Seems like a new way of looting consumer, as i was out to another city where my parent's stay, most of this period for my father's heart surgery. I have raised complaints regarding faulty meter and incorrect reporting o[censored]nits in sep 2019 on msed portal itself but no action has been taken after assigning the complaint.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve early on.
