I am swapnil sunilbha karulkar. My consumer number is[protected]. The meter reading is taken wrongly, instead of 404 units, they count as 804 units in the month of may 2018. Still, i paid the full amount and then complain online. Complaint number is[protected].
I visited the center at mulshi. Followed all the procedures. Still the issues is not resolved. I have all the mail threads with the mseb officer.
Finally i got a sms from mseb, to pay the total amount else will cut the electricity line. No idea why they are not resolving the issue.
I called the customer care, as per them the line will not be cut as the issue is from there end. Its being 3 months now everytime i got the same response from them but no one is ready to resolve the issue.
Every month they charged me 153 units as an average, with the note as an error in meter reading, i can't submit the meter reading form the app as its not allowed to do so. I have already mailed them and shared the meter image.
