I am continously recieving wrong bills from mseb, consumer no.[protected] due to meter reading not taken properly, my bill value for last 5 months as below : September 2016 : rs. 5, 410/ August 2016 : rs. 12, 610/- July 2016 : rs. 1, 000/- June 2016 : rs.11, 210/- May 2016 : rs.7, 070/- The bills are varied in nature because the reading of the meter is not taken every month properly Have last month corrected the bill after escalation and paid the bill, but again they are taken wrong reading and send me a high value bill The concerned person is transferred and there is nobody in his place to listen to our grievance We have to consistently follow-up for 3-4 days every month for the correct bill and due to telescopic billing system we recieve bill of higher value The staff is also not supportive in this regard Request your help for escalation and early resolution in this regard.
