Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — meter reading sent via app but not taken into consideration | |||||
I have submitted meter reading via MSEDCL app as i got an SMS regarding this. I have to submit meter reading upto 25 Aug 2017 and i submitted on that day itself via the app. But now today 1 Sep 2017 when i check my bill online, MSEDCL have not taken that reading into consideration and instead given average billing. Meter reading guy is not providing proper reading it seems. I am attaching the meter reading taken on that day. Also attaching the average bill i got. Please take corrective action into this. I have also submitted many complaints on Meter issues but none are resolved till now. This is happening for 3-4 months. My consumer number[protected], BU 4745, PC 5. In village of Khandala taluka telhara dist Akola. Under substance hiwarkhed. Khandala sarpanch Name Sachin Deole used hooks in last six month. Illegally if our department not action on this person another villege consumer also use hooks. Our lineman also know this hooks. And junior engineer know about this hooks. But no one action on this person.

From last two months we lost our light connection and we inform local wireman many times but he didn't given any response.we payed every light bill consistently.
