For august billing i have been charged with rs 3060 staying meter is faulty. Again in september i have been charged with same amount stating fault meter. On 16 sept 2021, i raised ticket by calling useless customer care[protected], stating my issue and to replace it. After that i keep on following up. Later on 22sept customer care executive told me you should visit electricity office and submit request for meter change. I did nit get this then why this customer care is being created just to make us fool. Then if this was the resolution then why i have been not informed in first place. Later i visited electricity office.there they said only when meter us available, it will be replaced until that you have to pay 3000.
Does this make any sense. If goverment do not have enough meter, why i should suffer with default charge, which also confirmed by electricity officer that once meter is replaced even then these amount will be adjusted. Then what if you guys do not replace meter now, then i am liable to pay 3000 in oct, and same goes to every month.
