Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — My electricity meter was removed with intimation and bill not showing paid in spite of the amount asked being paid

My electric meter has been removed without intimating me.in spite of paying the entire electricity bill they have not put the meter back. I had paid the amount twoce aht was told to me but still my bill doesnt show zero.I don't stay in vast but I have to travel there every time and in spite of that this is not fixed yet. My bill is showing late in spite of paying what was told.please help.
