Dear sir / madam,

I am k. P. Narayanan kutty (Customer id:[protected] have paid this month light bill amounting to rs. 2220/- on[protected].in the bill it is mentioned i have consumed 297 units of electricity.

But today i have received one sms on my mobile no. [protected] that my meter reading is 4411 and i have consumed only 115 units.

Please look into this matter that i have paid excess amount this month, as per your above sms.

Please adjust the excess amount on my next bill or refund it to me.
