Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — name changed but typing mistake

Respected Sir,
We, Kamalaprasad B Chaurasia /Urmila Devi K Chaurasia and us Consumer No is[protected].We applied for name change from Vandesh Purav To Kamalaprasad B Chaurasia / Urmila Devi K Chaurasia.On 03/07/2017 and it is changed but due to Typing mistake there is extra space between by name changed name on Electricity bill is Kama la prasad chaurasia, but it is kamalaprasad B chaurasia/Urmila Devi k Chaurasia.
So Please do the need full and correct the name according to my application.there is no space between Kamalaprasad.
