Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — negligence in delivering of bill... and removing meter without intimation

Myself sofiya mohammad rafiq qureshi an owner of the consumer number :[protected] karjat {pen circle}). I am unable to receive the said number bill on time regardless of number of complaints to the junior engineer of neral. And without informing they removed my meter and then after certain procedures without any fault i had to pay certain related amount which i paid. Then again several times i had to visit for my meter to be connected again and after few days they connected my meter. Than too now after the meter is connected i have not received the bill for the same. And being a senior citizen the trouble which the department is causing me who is responsible for this act. What has to be done in such scenarios i am fed up of the departmental persons who can’t even listen to us with so calm nature too. Need your help quite urgently sir please do the needful as early as u can. Hoping for a positive response from you. Thanking you.
